Together with a growing pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Production Operator to join the production team in Almere. In this role, you will support manufacturing activities related to the production of derma fillers in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring product quality, compliance, and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and perform tasks such as filling, capping, cleaning, and packing
• Conduct visual inspections on filled syringes
• Follow batch records and GMP guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Record production steps securely and clearly in line with documentation standards
• Report any deviations or non-conformities to the Line Manager
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Take part in continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities for process optimization
• Support team goals and uphold quality standards at all times

Requirements:

Experience:

• Previous experience in a production or operational environment
• Experience in GMP, ISO, or other regulated settings is preferred
• 1+ year of relevant experience in medical device, food, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus

Education & Skills:

• MBO-level thinking or equivalent (technical or process-focused preferred)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks in a cleanroom environment

Practicalities:

• Location: Almere (on-site)
• Contract: 7 months with long-term collaboration opportunities
