Job Overview
Production Operator 1 sets up and operates production machines and equipment. Reports to Production Supervisor and is located in Newark, CA.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned production line/unit
Offline feeder setup, tear down and component recognition
SMT machine operating
AOI machine operating and QC
PCBA general rework
PCBA trace, BGA pad rework
Handload, mechanical assembly
Handload, wave soldering machine operating, washer operating
AXI machine operating and QC
SRT machine operating
Routing/depanelization/Press Fit
ICT testing
FCT testing
Burn in
Box build
HiPot
Hynix Test
Hynix QC
Hynix operations exclude Hynix Test and QC
- Execute written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and monitor efficiency and quality of assigned routine tasks.
Read and follow work instructions and visual aids
Check and inspect task results against predetermined standards,
Identify, communicate, and escalate production issues and problems

Semi-automatic and automatic assembly equipment and tools (SMT, AOI, AXI, press fit, washing machine, tester, MPM/dek printer, reflow oven, stencil, feeder support pins and other equipment)

Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma is desired
- Minimum 1 year work experience in manufacturing production environment
