Job Description

We are seeking a Production Manager/Forman for our Offset and Digital Print Shop. You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers and also operate the equipment on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production team
• Place orders for stock and materials needed for your department
• Operate presses and bindery equipment daily to help get jobs completed
• Work with graphics department to be sure artwork is received efficiently
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of production management experience in an offset and digital print shop
• Knowledge of production equipment and paper
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
