About Us:

Apparel Island MFG is a premium streetwear manufacturing company, delivering end-to-end production services for high-end American streetwear brands, influencers, and creatives. From concept to shipment, we make custom apparel at global standards.

Role:

We’re looking for a Production Manager who can take full ownership of the production cycle — from sampling to final dispatch. You’ll be managing timelines, quality, team coordination, and communication with our international clients. This is a leadership role built for someone with hustle, taste, and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sampling, sourcing, and bulk production workflows
• Coordinate with design, merch, QC, and logistics teams
• Maintain strict timelines and production accuracy
• Communicate with clients (mostly US-based) professionally and clearly
• Ensure all orders meet premium streetwear standards

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in apparel production (streetwear preferred)
• Deep understanding of fabrics, printing, embroidery, trims, and quality control
• Fluent in English (written + spoken) for client updates
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative production environment

Bonus: Experience working with U.S./international brands or luxury/streetwear labels
