RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling production schedules. Reviewing and adjusting schedules as necessary.
  • Preparing and maintaining daily production reports. Following the debriefing procedure for all projects.
  • Assessing the required human and material resources and managing them to meet production targets.
  • Identifying risk factors and communicating them to the CEO/Director of the company.
  • Documenting and maintaining records for blacklisting, ensuring mistakes are corrected in future projects.
  • Agreeing to and adhering to delivery terms with clients, rescheduling based on client requirements.
  • Making decisions regarding equipment maintenance, procurement, modifications, and production improvements.
  • Estimating production costs and calculating KPIs and gross margins for individual projects on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining the quality, condition, and proper use of all company tools, machinery, and property.
  • Minimizing material wastage during production.
  • Calculating salaries and overheads, monitoring, maintaining, and improving the performance of production workers.
  • Managing projects, supervising project progress, and reporting project status when necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5+ years of previous experience in manufacturing company engineering industry.
  • Previous experience with custom production
  • Previous experience with manufacturing doors or windows is advantageous
  • Management of team of 10+.
  • Previous experience with European or multinational company and manufacturing standards.
  • Local safety regulations knowledge, work law related regulations.
  • Skills of implementing lean production principles.
  • Skilled in negotiation and purchasing.
  • Fluency in English language to communicate with the management in the Czech Republic.
  • Communicative, well organized, flexible personality with natural leadership skills.
