Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all manufacturing processes and leading the Production Department at our Ashland, VA facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a strong safety culture — directly impacting the efficiency, quality, and success of our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about leadership, lean manufacturing, and making a tangible impact in a growth-oriented environment.
This position is part of the Operations/Plant Management Department located in Ashland, VA and will be on-site.
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee all manufacturing processes and manage our Production Department at our Ashland, VA facility. This leadership role ensures a safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operation while supporting our Veralto Excellence System (VES) initiatives through Standard Work, the Problem-Solving Process, and Kaizen participation.
You will provide daily leadership to the production team, manage budgets and resource allocations, drive process optimization, lead troubleshooting efforts, and champion employee development and engagement.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus / Incentive Pay.
