Key Responsibilities: Manage Production: Plan and coordinate the jewelry production process from start to finish. Quality Control: Ensure all jewelry pieces meet our high-quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of designers, craftsmen, and production staff. Technical Skills: Use various manufacturing techniques and CAD/CAM software for jewelry design. Inventory Management: Track materials and finished products efficiently. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve production issues quickly. Vendor Relations: Negotiate with suppliers to get the best materials and prices. Budgeting: Manage production budgets and control costs. Requirements: Experience in jewelry production or a related field. Knowledge of manufacturing techniques. Strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
