Currently hiring a Warehouse Production Manager for 2nd Shift Sunday 12PM - 8:30PM and Monday - Thursday 3:30PM - 12AM
Expected annual salary range for this position is $55k-$60k, depending on experience.

You’ll Be Excited About This Production Manager Role
- You’ll work in a fast-paced, high energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including driving continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem-solving, and team-building with your warehouse team members.
- You’ll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.

What You'll Do
- Direct production schedule to achieve require goals with PC management.
- Maintains compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping policies.
- Maintains physical condition of PC inspecting equipment; correcting any issues that arise with equipment and production.
- Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI’s are met and/or exceeded.
- Lead interview process to select high performing employees.
- Monitor and review the performance of employees and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
- Document substandard performance and make recommendations for termination of staff if necessary.
- Manages 2-4 Warehouse Leads who supervise 40-50 employees in the Warehouse Sorting, and Receiving Departments.
- Work directly with department Leads to maintain workflow of production throughout the warehouse.
- Supports employee morale and motivation thru policy orientation, training, and communication of rules and policies.
- Ensures attendance policy is implemented and adhered to.
- Other duties as assigned.
We're Looking For Team Members Who
- Have at least three years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals.
- Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.
- Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while working independently and as a part of a team.
- Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self.
- Are physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
