About the Position:

As a Production Implementation Analyst, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and our upstream / midstream oil & gas clients during the onboarding and deployment of our production tracking and field data capture software solutions. You’ll play a critical role in project execution, data integration, user training, and customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of upstream oil & gas production workflows, thrives in client-facing environments, and is comfortable working with technology platforms.


Qualifications:

•2+ years of experience as a production or operations technician, or analytical role in the upstream oil & gas industry (Required)

•Strong understanding of upstream production operations and field data collection.

•Excellent communication and project coordination skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Education, or related is preferred.

•Proficient in Excel, Office 365 products, and basic SQL understanding

Optional experience but extremely desirable:

•Experience with upstream oil & gas production software (e.g., Scout, FieldDirect, Peloton, Quorum, P2)

•Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (JasperSoft, QuickSight, Spotfire, etc.)

•PMP or Agile certification is a plus


Key Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with clients to understand production operations and implementation needs.

•Gather, validate, and map operational data (e.g., Field Data Capture, SCADA, production reports) for integration with company software platforms.

•Coordinate internal and client-side resources to ensure timely deployment.

•Assist in configuring and customizing software based on client requirements.

•Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of data and system performance.

•Provide training to end-users and deliver clear documentation.

•Support go-live activities and monitor early usage to ensure smooth adoption.

•Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and client experience. Supervisory


Responsibilities:

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
