Auro Chocolate is seeking a dedicated and passionate Production Helper to join our team. As a Production Helper, you will play a vital role in crafting our exquisite chocolates, from bean to bar. Responsibilities: Moulding and Demoulding: Accurately place tempered chocolate into molds. Carefully demold chocolates after chilling. Packaging: Package demolded and inspected chocolates in designated packaging. Ensure proper labeling and sealing of packages. Cleaning: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment. Clean molds, production tools, tables, and work areas. Assist Production Operators: Support production operators in their tasks as needed. Follow instructions and work efficiently. Quality Control: Visually inspect chocolates for defects and quality standards. Report any quality issues to supervisors. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in food production is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
