PC Team Member – Material Handler (Inventory Separation)
Education Required
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience Required
Minimum of (6) months of EnovaPremier working experience preferred, Manufacturing experience of at least (3) years preferred. Previous fork truck driving experience is preferred
Basic Purpose Of Position
Work within the Production Control Department as an Inventory Separation Team Member, supporting the material/inventory as it pertains to DACM and DACJ. Responsible for unloading materials from incoming vehicles, accurately identify which plant (DACM/DACJ) it belongs with and stacking in assigned locations. Must be able to move pallets to and from the assembly line to designated locations according to EnovaPremier’s safety standards. Team member will also be responsible for all Production Control Team Member duties and responsibilities.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain required safety rules and standards.
Obtain and maintain a valid fork truck certification and carry certification at all times while performing fork truck duties.
Complete all pre and post shift checklists or inspections.
Receive all incoming freight. Complete and process necessary paperwork.
Appropriate color coding and disposition of material as it pertains to DACM/DACJ
Off-load deliveries of tires, wheels, and other raw materials.
Inspect tires, wheels, other parts and finished assemblies according to inspection standards.
Maintain Insequence and communicate with internal customers to ensure accuracy of finished goods.
Perform cycle counts
Complete all working documentation, records, reports, etc. as requested.
Perform trouble shooting, problem solving and countermeasure activities as necessary.
Keep the work environment safe and clean at all times.
Serve as backup for production when needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to stand, walk, squat, stoop for 8 - 12 hour shifts
Ability to lift 50 – 85lbs on a regular basis
Manual dexterity necessary to operate the fork truck.
Ability to see colors.
Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
