Job Description

We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team! You will work on a production assembly line performing standardized work defined by work instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Performing standardized work process and following defined work instructions and sequences at a defined pace, repetitively for an extended period of time, and rotating as required.
• Performs on-line inspections to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
• Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
• Be able to use hand tools, screwdrivers, wrenches, torque drivers, and other small tools
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on novel assembly procedures and custom tooling or test methods
• Operate complex manufacturing equipment
• Escalating functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must Work Environment / Essential Physical Demands
• Ability to perform physical work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours per day
• Frequent weekend work and overtime required
• Ability to frequently and repetitively lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
