Job Title: Production Assembler 2

Location: Irvine, CA

Duration: 06 months contract

Shift: 1st shift

Must be able to use hand tools and be mechanically incline.

Job Summary

On a production basis, performs medium mechanical assembly work. Variable type of job. Often makes simple decisions but must follow established precedents. Works under general supervision and has some responsibility for work output.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Good understanding of products and processes. Able to troubleshoot assembly issues with support from supervision & able to work a variety of tasks.

• Assemble machined parts
• Apply mechanical assembly skills.
• Riveting, hydraulics, bonding and torque assembly tasks.
• Read blueprints and work instructions.
• Perform failure analyses; troubleshoot mechanical failures with support from supervision.
• Rework parts to print per instructions.
• Able to work on a variety of tasks.
• Facility maintenance as requested.
  
  

Education

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and 2 to 6 years related experience and/or training.
