Xiaomi is expanding their team in Serbia, and we are offering a challenging position of a:

Training Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work in alignment with the HQ team and the local team to develop training plans and identify the areas of training that need to be developed, improved or delivered
• Create and/or coordinate the creation of coherent training courses in the form of PPT, videos, screencasts, infographics, and more, and keep the content up to date
• Create dedicated training modules to support the launch of new products and provide training for both internal and external learners
• Develop training programs and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure that training is meeting business needs
• Support data management for programs and associated projects
• Work closely with internal departments (Field Force, Retail Marketing, Sales, GTM) and partners to align training content
• Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practice,s and update the training operations accordingly with constructive improvement proposals
• Prepare regular reports
• Translate training materials and retail system documentation
• Responsible for managing the internal education platform for our partners
• Speak at events/expos and livestreams
• Prepare soft skills training sessions

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in training or related fields; experience in the high-tech hardware industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of electronic products or the electronic industry
• Very good knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Very good understanding of the retail or sales training
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and good proficiency in MS Office and database software
• Passionate with a strong sense of teamwork
