Eligibility & Job Description

Eligibility: Bachelors degree from an accredited university

Should possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)

Certified Train the Trainer from a reputed organization

Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools

Knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality and interests, and learning and motivation

Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and willingness to relocate to Noida

Job Description: Implementing the new hire on boarding/induction program.

Training Delivery: Learning and Development solutions to all the on boarded employees in India and US

Deliver behavioral, skill enhancement, team building, and cultural sensitization, competency enhancement modules across various levels

Record and maintain batch attendance, performance, evaluation and assessment scores accurately

Escalate performance issues in new hires & update training batches

Work with PIP cases and implement customized intervention plans

Handling technical queries & respond dynamically to trainees

Responsible for development/refinement of study material & teaching strategies
