Mahabell Industries is seeking a Junior Product Testing Engineer specializing in LED Lighting for a full-time position based in Tumakuru. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in LED Testing, Product reliability testing, and Electronic Component testing. The successful candidate will contribute to our ongoing efforts in delivering sophisticated and reliable lighting solutions.

Qualifications And Skills

• Diploma / Engineering ( Electronics)
• Experience in LED Testing, Product reliability testing, and Electronic Component testing (Mandatory skill)
• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, with the ability to apply principles to real-world testing scenarios
• Proficiency in Test Automation, ensuring efficient and repeatable testing processes
• Excellent Data Analysis skills to interpret test results and recommend improvements
• Proven Problem Solving abilities to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
• Outstanding Communication Skills to articulate findings clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in LED lighting and electronics manufacturing

• Conduct thorough testing of LED products to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards

• Support the development of new products from the prototype stage to full-scale production
