Our client is one of the leading Semicon services providers in the region. Supporting clients with growing demand in engineering support for innovative IC products from development to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support RF, Mixed Signal, Digital, and PMIC products from design to production.
• Work with Test and Production teams on debugging, yield improvement, and reliability testing.
• Update management on product status through close coordination with Product and Design teams.
• Align with customers on test specs and production readiness.
• Resolve production issues with foundries and subcontractors (SAT houses).
• Prepare reports on test limits, yield, correlation, and engineering progress.
• Lead efforts to boost yield, cut test time, and reduce retest rates.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• More than 5 years’ experience in Product/Test Engineering; foundry exposure preferred.
• Solid knowledge of RF, PMIC, Digital, and Mixed Signal testing.
• Hands-on with Advantest Verigy 93K ATE.
• Skilled in data analysis with tools like JMP, CEDA, DataPower, or Optimal+.
• Scripting (Perl, Java, VBA) and automation skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and able to work independently.
• Leadership experience is a bonus.
