What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead a hands-on 24/5 Product Support team covering L1 and L2 incident triage, ticket resolution, and client coordination.
- Manage and own the Major Incident Management (MIM) lifecycle, including root cause communication and war room coordination.
- Drive SLA tracking and performance, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Handle Product IAM tasks: secure access provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit readiness.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using log analysis, AWS services, Linux commands, and basic scripting where applicable.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Infra, QA, and Client Success teams to streamline feedback loops and improve service delivery.
- Maintain documentation, build support playbooks, and mentor junior support staff.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 5–8 years in Product/Application Support within Fintech SaaS environments.
- ITSM Knowledge: Strong command of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL Foundation/Intermediate preferred).
- Technical Skills: - Log triage and root cause analysis - Basic AWS (EC2, CloudWatch, S3), Linux command-line operations - Familiarity with scripting (Shell, Python, or similar)
- Basic understanding of LLM-powered workflows and API interactions (e.g., Claude) to support AI-integrated product features and troubleshoot model-related issues.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Freshdesk, or equivalent platforms.
- IAM & Compliance: Understanding of secure access protocols and audit practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential to quickly diagnose issues, implement workarounds, and drive resolution across a dynamic, multi-system production environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to act as SME and lead support teams through high-impact operational events.
