Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security design reviews and perform detailed threat modeling for new features and products.
• Perform secure code reviews, identify vulnerabilities, propose solutions, and work with engineering teams to implement mitigations.
• Identify critical product risk areas and lead initiatives to reduce those risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide secure design consultation, perform vulnerability analysis, and validate fixes across engineering teams.
• Improve and/or automate security processes to enhance team efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in security design reviews and threat modeling for products and features.
• Strong knowledge of Web and Network Security principles and practices.
• Exposure to Blockchain Security is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Go, Ruby, or Python.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience working in high-growth, security-conscious environments.
• Familiarity with modern DevSecOps practices and security tooling.
• Previous experience in crypto or fintech domains.
