Requirements:

• Engineering background is preferred (an engineering degree is highly desirable).

• Experience in chip-level testing is preferred (e.g., ATE testing with ADVANTEST V93000, SLT testing).

• Strong team player qualities.

• Ability to learn quickly.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with chip-level failure analysis, including reballing, curve tracing, ATE testing, SLT testing, CSAM, and IR.
