Job Description:

• Responsible for manufacturing ramp of FPGA products & development kits.
• Own the responsibility of ensuring the quality and reliability of the products & dev kits meet Altera requirement.
• QRE to manage ODM and OSAT to comply with Altera and ISO/IATF requirement.
• Define and monitor supplier KPIs and performance.
• Conduct monthly supplier review meetings, supplier quality performance quarterly scoring, lead supplier quality incidents (inclusive of customer issues) root causing analysis, CAPA with cross functional team.
• Plan, coordinate and lead supplier audit until full closure of corrective actions, support customer audits and own ISO SQM topic.
• Lead team to develop supplier change qualification plan, managing qualification and reliability monitoring activities, performing product reliability analysis and risk assessment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Micro-Electronic, Material Science, Computer engineering, Physics or related field
  
  

Skills And Knowledge

• Supplier Quality Management
• Eager to learn, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Knowledge in assembly, test and board manufacturing process, computer architecture, semiconductor, transistor reliability and product reliability testing.
• Statistics and statistical data analysis
• Knowledge in Perl, JMP and Excel macro scripting is added advantage
