Overview
We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as a Product Quality Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. The Product Quality Analyst role will analyze and resolve client product customers’ technical and clinical questions. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Support product quality and compliance efforts across cross-functional teams within a regulated environment.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and ensure alignment with global medical device regulations.
- Conduct investigations and manage multiple ongoing tasks related to product quality issues.
- Communicate findings and progress clearly through written documentation and verbal updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in enterprise-level, cross-divisional projects.
- Use sound problem-solving skills to assess and address product quality issues or customer complaints.
- Contribute both independently and within teams to drive quality improvements and regulatory compliance.
Experience
1-2 years of experience in product quality, regulatory, or related roles (medical device experience a plus).
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred in Biomedical Engineering, healthcare, science, or a technical field.

- Knowledge of global medical device regulations and medical terminology is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer tools.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a matrixed and geographically diverse business setting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
