Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product ownership experience;
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Software development (Web&Mobile projects);
  • Business-oriented person with a mindset suited to product management;
  • Practical knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP);
  • Strong background in developing project workflows;
  • Experience in project estimation and task prioritization under tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Web and Mobile technologies;
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, etc.;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Be available to communicate with customers in PST/EST time zones.


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new projects and implement efficient project management processes;
  • Identify project needs by interviewing project stakeholders;
  • Create project and task requirements;
  • Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Managing/ prioritizing the project backlog;
  • Market research and competitive analysis;
  • Project team management (Design, Development, QA);
  • Contribute to improving PM processes for ongoing projects;
  • Balance project scope and timeline to deliver optimal solutions;
  • Resolve issues and conflicts effectively;
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective people management;
  • Meet and exceed client expectations;
  • Onboard and train new team members.

Language proficiency:

  • English – Upper-Intermediate (B2)
