Job Description *

A client of Insight Global in the FinTech industry is seeking a Product Manager/Owner to join their growing team in the Dallas/Plano area. You’ll be at the center of product innovation, owning features end-to-end with a sharp eye for user experience, visual design, and usability. From sketching out early ideas to launching fully-formed features, you’ll work across design, development, and business teams to craft intuitive, high-impact solutions. You’ll also manage third-party vendors, ensuring smooth delivery of services and alignment with our product goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead UI/UX feature ideation and guide the design process from concept to delivery.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing user stories that tie directly to business and user needs.
• Collaborate with design teams to produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that deliver a seamless user experience.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors — setting expectations, tracking deliverables, and holding them accountable to timelines and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, dev, support, marketing) to bring features to life.
• Use data, research, and user feedback to improve product functionality and UX continuously.
• Help shape and communicate the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership.

Required Skills and Experience *

• 3+ years in product ownership or product management, ideally in SaaS or FinTech
• Strong background in UI/UX design processes and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Experience managing vendors or eternal development/design teams.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Have fintech, trading, or performance-based product experience.
• Can speak the language of developers and designers fluently.
• Excellent project management and communication skills — you're comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines.
• Have experience launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
