Role Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Owner with strong SaaS experience to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will be responsible for driving product development and managing the product backlog to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and customer expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and improvements based on value, effort, and market demand.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-centric design.
• Support go-to-market activities and assist in developing product documentation and release notes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive

landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional agile teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's or MBA is a plus.
• Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent) is a plus.
