Summary

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our growing Product team at SuperOffice. This is a newly created position designed to strengthen our ability to deliver high-impact integration solutions for customers and partners. You’ll take ownership of the integration backlog, help shape the strategy, and work alongside developers and QA engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.

💼 Your Role:

  • Own the integration product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria for features and integrations on the Microsoft 365 platform, like Outlook, MS Teams, Zapier, Trello, MailChimp , and ERP connectivity.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager Integrations to translate strategy and customer needs into actionable development work.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional team collaboration to deliver on-time, high-quality features.
  • Act as the go-to person for integration-related product decisions and coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
  • Engage with customers and partners (e.g. Microsoft, ERP vendors) to understand integration use cases, identify pain points, and validate solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, staying current with API updates, integration best practices, and opportunities to enhance usability.
  • Contribute to the long-term integration roadmap, including exploring new integration possibilities (e.g. Slack, SharePoint, or additional ERP tools).
  • Ensure thorough documentation and testing to support reliable, scalable integrations.


⭐️ Your Superpowers:

  • 5-8 years of experience in product ownership or management, ideally in B2B software.
  • Proven track record working on technical and integration-heavy products.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Outlook/Teams, Zapier, REST APIs, and ERP systems is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a user-centered mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable development plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science). Certifications such as CSPO or PSPO are a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch and other European languages are a bonus.
