with IT business partners, business partners, project managers, and technical
organization as a primary point of contact to align digital internal client needs,

You will be responsible for:
- Work with product managers, platform owners, and digital engagement partners to deliver a strategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities for websites and omnichannel technologies
- Partner with business to develop and assist on the strategy definition for websites, drive awareness, traffic and conversion, including: in-office, social, influencer, and PR to support growth plans and key initiatives
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams within IT, marketing, third-party partners, regulatory, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into overall commercial marketing and IT strategy
Sr Digital Experience Manager – DEX Team

- Develop, deliver, and optimize digital experience projects (web, mobile, email, and connected systems) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive end-to-end management of the solution provided, ensuring business requirements are collected and met
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of emerging technologies to play a proactive role in proposing strategic tools and approaches that enable better digital experiences for patients and HCPs
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your digital initiatives
- Vendor Management – drive vendors to understand and evaluate the existing and potential items in the portfolio to align with business priorities and drive the execution of IT projects in collaboration with suppliers, business partners, team, and management
You will need to have:
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, web analytics, tagging, and overall web tools and technologies
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital projects that drive engagement to achieve business goals
- Consistent track record of implementing, running, and delivering successful digital projects
- Adaptability to a multicultural environment, valuing diversity within a virtual distributed team environment

We would prefer for you to have:
- Experience working in Biotech or Pharmaceutical preferred
- Development knowledge of data templates, renderings, and content items with configurable/reusable components, using placeholder settings, insert options, standard template values, design layouts, inherited base templates designs, and compatible renderings
- Development knowledge of setting up content delivery and management environments (CD/CM) for live and testing websites, especially with Sitecore
