Develop and execute Online Travel Agency platform (hotels, flights, tours) operational strategies to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and retention.
Analyze user behavior data to drive product improvements, personalized recommendations, and promotional campaigns.
User Growth & Engagement
Design and implement user acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives (e.g., targeted marketing).
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize channel performance and traffic acquisition.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Monitor core metrics (GMV, conversion rate, DAU/MAU) and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to iterate operational tactics swiftly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineering, design, and customer support teams to prioritize product features and resolve issues.
Work with supply chain teams to streamline partnerships and resource integration.
Job requirement
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years in product operations; OTA experience is a plus.
Deep understanding of OTA workflows (pricing, inventory management, distribution channels) and proven success in user growth/activation campaigns.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel/SQL/Tableau) and data-driven problem-solving.
