About us

MOVE-IZI is the Dutch pioneer in fully automatic toll payments. After a competitive European tender, the RDW selected us to enable seamless, barrier‑free tolling for the new Blankenburg Connection tunnel.

We operate under the umbrella of IZI‑to, a subsidiary of Via Verde — Portugal’s toll‑tech leader within the Brisa Group, whose largest shareholder is Dutch pension provider APG. Via Verde brings more than 25 years of experience in toll collection and manages hundreds of kilometers of tolled roads in Portugal. Their proven expertise powers our Dutch operations.

The role

Do you love connecting the dots between people, processes and products? As Product Operations Manager you orchestrate the backstage of MOVE‑IZI, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while we scale. You will partner closely with suppliers and colleagues in both the Netherlands and Portugal to drive operational excellence and enable data‑driven decisions.

What you’ll do

•       Map, streamline and document end‑to‑end product processes

•       Coordinate cross‑team projects and new product roll‑outs

•       Detect operational bottlenecks early and resolve them fast

•       Keep product, engineering, compliance, and support fully aligned

•       Own product KPIs and turn data into actionable insights

•       Guard quality and regulatory compliance (ISO, GDPR, etc.)

•       Translate customer insights into features and test them with users

•       Provide second‑line support and feed learnings back into the roadmap

•       Collect user feedback and continually improve customer satisfaction

•       Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners

What you bring

•       Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3+ years in product operations, project management or a similar role in SaaS, fintech, mobility or payments

•       Sharp analytical mind: organized self‑starter who turns issues into actions

•       Strategic problem‑solver who enjoys untangling complexity

•       Hands‑on experience with Jira (or similar), Qlik Sense/BI tools and workflow automation

•       Collaborative communicator fluent in Dutch and English (Portuguese is a plus)
