• Understanding of servers, hardware (CPU, memory, storage), and infrastructure BOM/SKU processes.
• Strong scripting experience
• Has strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Works independently.
• Interacts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Is responsible for reporting and resolving issues/escalations effectively.
