Summary

Responsibilities

  • Feedback Management: Gather, give, and communicate feedback to stakeholders (PM, Designers, Engineers, Content, Marketing, etc.) related to product issues, user experience, and improvement opportunities.
  • Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis, audit current product experiences, and provide insights to the Product Managers (PMs).
  • Operational Support: Assist in operational tasks such as managing product catalogs, subscription configurations, gamification setups, quizzes, virtual gifts, and sticker configurations.
  • App Release Support: Help with the app release process, including preparing release summary documents and synchronizing details with the PMs.
  • Campaign Setup: Collaborate with external teams (growth, BD, marketing) to set up subscription packages, campaigns, and liveshopping configurations.
  • Monitoring and Quality Control: Support daily content monitoring, including VOD uploads, TV programs, and FTA schedules to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Sports & Content Tracking: Monitor metadata for upcoming sports events and ensure timely updates.
  • Operational Support: Update and manage content status tags, respond to tagging requests, and provide ad-hoc operational support for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of product operations, user experience, or project management concepts.
  • Ability to gather insights through competitor analysis and product audits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Interest in subscription-based products, gamification, and content management processes is a plus.
