Product Operations Associate 6 month contract, potential to convert (no sponsorship available at this time) Location: REMOTE, EST is preferred Hourly rate: $45-55/hr on contract, must be able to work W2 Our pre-series A client is seeking a Product Operations Associate to support Senior Product Manager, drive the customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: * Product Management Support: Analyze data, document requirements, and facilitate collaboration to drive informed product decisions. * Customer Support: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, build a knowledge base, and escalate complex problems efficiently. * Software Bug Triage and Replication: Identify, reproduce, and prioritize software defects, ensuring clear communication for timely fixes. * Manual Operation Workflows: Optimize processes, execute operational tasks, and identify automation opportunities. * Operational Support: Monitor product stability, ensure smooth releases, and collaborate on continuous improvements. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical support, or a related role in software or technology companies. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. * Experience working with customer support teams. * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL and Google Analytics. * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
