Job Brief 


As a Product Operations Associate, you’ll become a subject matter expert on our products and collaborate closely with Engineering, Client Success, Operations, Sales, and Support.

You’ll play a hands-on role in onboarding clients, troubleshooting issues, analyzing product performance, and maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation. You’ll also contribute to feature QA, define product requirements, and help ensure internal teams are prepared for new releases. 



Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, including redemption activity, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and sender reputation health.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker and Google Analytics to track KPIs and surface actionable insights.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and product usage data to inform product decisions.
  • Investigate and triage product-related questions and requests from internal teams; troubleshoot issues such as webhook failures, file processing errors, and product bugs.
  • Conduct QA testing on engineering stories to ensure features meet acceptance criteria, and create documentation and training materials to support new releases.
  • Support technical configuration and setup of new client programs, including custom payment methods and branded website experiences.
  • Assist with tracking product performance, defining success metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for product improvements.
  • Manage manual product processes while self-service tools are in development.


 

Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in a SaaS environment in product, engineering, QA, implementation, customer experience, data, or technical support
  • Experience working with data and APIs—whether in a technical, analytical, or business capacity
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical details to various audiences
  • Proactive mindset and strong desire to grow into a product management role
  • Demonstrated ability to figure things out independently and a willingness to wear many hats 


 

Salary and Benefits

 

  • $70,000 to $80,000 salary
