Summary

The Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Analyst to support our Customer Success, Support, Technical Account Managers, and Clinical Care teams. This role will report to the Product team and will be instrumental in helping these teams streamline their workflows by organizing backlogs, creating actionable tickets, and ensuring all requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined. What You'll be Doing: Backlog Management * Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Clinical Care teams to regularly review and prioritize their backlogs. * Ensure backlogs are well-organized and aligned with the broader product roadmap Ticket Refinement * Translate team needs into actionable tickets with clear requirements and detailed acceptance criteria * Maintain consistency in ticket formatting to improve clarity and execution Cross-Team Collaboration * Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines * Facilitate regular backlog grooming sessions to address blockers and refine requirements Process Optimization * Identify opportunities for improving workflows across the supported teams * Develop templates, tools, or processes to enhance ticket creation and backlog management efficiency Reporting and Metrics * Track progress on ticket resolution and backlog reduction * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on key metrics and outcomes * Track product KPIs to roll up to company objectives Who You Are and What You Bring: Experience * 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, project management, or a related role * Familiarity with Customer Success, Support, Technical Account Management, and Clinical Care team workflows is a plus Skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Excellent written communication skills for creating clear and actionable tickets * Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar project management platforms * Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on performance metrics Soft Skills * Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments * Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail Travel and Other Information: * Ability to commute to our office on Market Street in San Francisco at least 2-3 days/week * Travel up to 10% Remote Work Requirements: * An established private work area that ensures information privacy * A stable high-speed internet connection for remote work Perks: Joining Arine offers you a dynamic role and the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and shape its future. The posted range represents the expected base salary range for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The base salary range for this position is: $100,000-120,000/year.
