Summary

In 1914, antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton posted an ad for a job in London that read, "Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event of success"

While our wages are not low and we are not limiting our hiring to men only, we believe in the sentiment Shackleton expressed.

Commenda is a hardcore company looking to build a suite of products and services that save the free world and end the Democracy Tax. We are the world's best way for businesses to interact with governments around the world. We're venture-backed and ambitious.

We're looking for a high-agency, hands-on generalist to join our operations team at Commenda. You'll work directly on the frontlines of our service delivery team—understanding how our services work, mapping them into clear flows, improving them, and translating them into scalable product features.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role designed for someone who wants to learn by doing. If you're looking for a high-growth role where you can learn fast, wear many hats, and be part of building something from scratch, this is for you.

This role will start as an internship and can quickly evolve into a full time role with strong performance.

What you'll do

  • Run and improve delivery of global compliance services across multiple markets
  • Translate messy workflows into structured flows, playbooks, and docs
  • Support the product team by turning real-life complexity into scalable tools
  • Coordinate across legal, tax, and product teams (both internal and external)
  • Help us expand into new markets by scoping services we should offer
  • Context switch across priorities, juggle deadlines, and work fast
  • Learn regulations and service details on the fly—you'll be Googling a lot
  • Own your work end to end: delivery, quality, documentation, and client experience

Dropouts preferred, but exceptional candidates with degrees will be considered.
