Project Management Engineer

The Project Management Engineer is responsible for overseeing the BCaMx project progress, coordinating resources, and documenting important project - related information.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project development schedule according to BCaMx requirements, coordinate internal R&D and external foundry resources to ensure timely milestone delivery.
  • Document project issues, lessons learned, and best practices; establish standardized documentation to promote knowledge sharing and process optimization.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies; coordinate cross-team technical communication to align foundry and company technical requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; 5+ years of semiconductor project management experience; working experience in foundry is preferred.
  • Familiar with semiconductor process development procedure and foundry collaboration models; capable of risk assessment and resource scheduling.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Jira/Confluence; excellent at document control and summary reporting.
  • Fluent in English; experienced in cross-cultural communication, enabling efficient collaboration with domestic and international teams.
