The Role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a category-defining product at the intersection of AI, healthcare, and user experience.


You’ll drive strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets (UK, Australia, and the US), and work closely with cross-functional teams to position our product for growth—across both enterprise (B2B) and emerging self-service (B2C) channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for global product rollouts
  • Create compelling messaging for clinicians, practice managers, and health IT leaders
  • Lead full-funnel marketing initiatives — from awareness to retention
  • Build impactful campaigns: landing pages, email flows, video explainers, and case studies
  • Collaborate with Product on pricing, packaging, feature announcements, and roadmaps
  • Support channel partnerships, referrals, and subscription initiatives (e.g., Stripe and QR campaigns)
  • Provide Sales and Reseller teams with tools like pitch decks, demo scripts, and collateral
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise for continuous improvement


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product or growth marketing within a SaaS environment
  • Proven success launching B2B and/or B2C technology products
  • Strong skills in market research, persona development, funnel analytics, and storytelling
  • Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional agile teams
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and strategic thinking abilities
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare technology, AI, or regulated markets
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, Figma, Stripe, and analytics dashboards is a plus
