The Product Manager / Senior Product Manager will assist the regions in expanding the product globally. This technology represents a key growth driver for Critical Care and significant opportunities within the Critical Care setting.
How you will make an impact:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
Portfolio Management: Oversee the Swan-Ganz product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. Manage product lifecycle from launch to obsolescence, including updates and enhancements.
Commercial Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration. Collaborate with sales and branding teams to create and implement effective sales enablement campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research / VOC and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
Financial Management: Develop and manage product forecasts and financial models. Track and report on product performance metrics and KPIs.
What you will need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pre-med program or business with a strong ability to learn. MBA preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the medical device industry.

Be able to build market models and launch trackers to determine the success or failure of a product.
Ability to quickly assess and understand market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics, etc. with imperfect information
Relevant clinical and physiological knowledge or demonstrated aptitude and curiosity to learn new subjects
Ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to cultivate long-term, productive relationships with regional Edwards partners, customers, and professional and academic societies
