We are looking for a Product Manager to own and define the workflows and onboarding experience within OneVest. This role is critical to how actions and processes function across our platform, ensuring seamless automation and intuitive user flows for advisors and investors.You will drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our workflows, making them more efficient, flexible, and scalable.

What You'll Be Doing:

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end workflows and onboarding experience, ensuring all processes are seamless, automated, and scalable.
  • Define a product strategy and roadmap focused on optimizing user journeys, reducing friction, and improving efficiency.
  • Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business objectives, and industry trends.

Customer-Centric Development

  • Partner with customers, sales, and support teams to deeply understand pain points in existing workflows.
  • Work closely with advisors, portfolio managers, and financial institutions to refine onboarding and account setup experiences.
  • Implement user research, A/B testing, and iterative improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and portfolio management to bring ideas to life.
  • Drive alignment across teams, ensuring smooth execution of workflow and onboarding-related projects.
  • Champion workflow automation, integrations, and process improvements across the platform.

Execution & Delivery

  • Maintain a well-organized ticket backlog and integrate with agile sprints to ensure smooth development cycles.
  • Ensure workflows align with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Own product launches and adoption metrics, ensuring seamless rollout and stakeholder communication.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage analytics to track user behavior, identify inefficiencies, and optimize workflow performance.
  • Continuously assess the impact of workflow changes and iterate based on results.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience in B2B SaaS companies with configurable feature sets and financial services or technology sectors.
  • Experience with business process automation, low-code/no-code tools, or API-based workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management or fintech products.
  • Experience working with workflow engines, automation tools, or rules-based decision systems.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to product development and decision-making.
  • Proven experience leading product strategy and executing successful product launches in an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  • A passion for building innovative, customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, startup environment.
