Job Profile: We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team. The candidate will ensure the smooth development, deployment, and support of our in-house projects and custom solutions. This role will be a combination of technical expertise, client-facing skills, project management capabilities, and proficiency in creating wireframes.

Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the development team, clients, and product managers to ensure projects are on track with their development cycle and timelines. Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive software demos, user manuals, software training materials, and other relevant documents to support pre and post-sales activities. Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date to assist clients in effectively utilizing our products.
• Wireframe Creation: Develop wireframes and mock-ups to visually represent product features and user interfaces. Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly designs. Iterate on wireframes based on feedback and requirements refinement.
• Client Engagement: Conduct software demos and training sessions for clients, demonstrating product features, functionality, and best practices. Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of our product.
• Requirement Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliverables. Translate client needs into actionable tasks and specifications for the development team. Maintain a meticulous working pattern to track progress, identify potential issues, and proactively address challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field with relevant experience or certifications.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience working in product management or a related field. Familiar with the latest software development tools and technologies.
• Product Management: Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including product development, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with the ability to gather customer feedback and use it to inform product development decisions.

• UX Design: Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies.
