Role : Product Manager

Location : Pune (WFO)

Experience : 4+ years

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to own and optimize user journeys, drive solutioning across the customer lifecycle, and lead a high-performing product pod to deliver on a clear and impactful roadmap. You will work closely with senior HR stakeholders, including CHROs and Recruitment Leaders, to craft and deliver solutions that address key pain points and unlock value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End User Journeys : Design, optimize, and measure user journeys, ensuring seamless experience and clear metric ownership across key touchpoints.
• Lead Solutioning Across Customer Lifecycle : Spearhead solution design during pre-sales, onboarding, and ongoing engagement phases to ensure customer success and retention.
• Roadmap Ownership : Define and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer feedback.
• Pod Leadership : Lead a cross-functional product pod consisting of: Developers, BA, QA team and guide the team in sprint planning, delivery, and iteration.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Leverage data to prioritize features, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly on learnings.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Good to have experience working with HRTech or SaaS products is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback and business needs into clear product requirements
• Technical familiarity to work effectively with developers and testers
