Job Description
As a Mid/Senior Product Manager (B2C) at Traveling.com, you’ll work with a cross-functional team to grow and improve our product, platform, and app. You’ll help shape the product strategy, guide day-to-day execution, and make sure we’re building things that actually matter to travelers, acting as a voice of the user.
You can expect close collaboration with stakeholders across teams, and a hands-on role in making sure our users' needs are heard and reflected in everything we ship. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team, shape product strategy, and drive impact at scale.
🧑💻What you’ll be doing
- Work as part of a cross-functional team (designers, engineers, and other key stakeholders) to deliver products that solve real user problems and move the business forward.
- Help shape and carry out the product vision, strategy and roadmap, always aligned with our company goals.
- Lead the full product lifecycle: from early ideas and prioritization to launches, learnings, and continuous improvements, all within an agile setup.
- Dig into market trends, the competition, and user behavior to spot opportunities, test concepts, and back your decisions with insight.
- Prioritize features and improvements using feedback, data and squad goals, keeping everything in sync with the bigger product picture.
- Team up with other product leaders and departments to share knowledge, stay aligned, and create momentum across teams.
- Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates on plans, progress, and priorities, and advocate for your team’s needs.
- Help build a team culture of openness, learning, and innovation, while offering support and guidance to other team members.
- Use data and experimentation to fine-tune product performance, improve user experience, and keep the team operating at its best.
🎯What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a solid track record of leading cross-functional squads to deliver user-facing products that make an impact.
- Background in B2C or SaaS companies that serve large audiences, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong grasp of user behavior, UX design principles, and what makes great digital products tick.
- Analytical mindset – you know how to dive into data, spot patterns, and turn insights into action.
- Clear communicator and natural collaborator, comfortable working across teams and levels.
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and tools – you’ve worked in sprints and know how to keep them on track.
- A curious, creative problem-solver who enjoys turning complex challenges into simple, smart solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English
