This role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, collaborating closely with surgeons, hospital administrators, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include understanding user profiles (personas) and their pain points, gathering clinical and operational requirements, and prioritizing features. You will drive innovation in analytics, ensuring the product delivers valuable insights while playing a key role in Moon Surgical's growth. Additionally, you will support the product team in developing internal tools, enhancements for the Maestro system and other activities. Core Responsibilities Your Day-to-day Activities * Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders, including UX research, UI designers, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams, to drive the design and development of the analytics dashboard. * Attend and lead product development meetings, working with design and development teams to meet project milestones. * Engage with sites to understand user pain points and gather insights to refine the product. * Analyze data and user feedback, translating findings into actionable product improvements. * Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. * Provide hands-on support during customer engagements, ensuring a deep understanding of real-world product usage and requirements. * Report on project progress, challenges, and key decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. We believe that communication and planning are as important as execution. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field. * MBA or product management courses are preferred. * 3+ years of product management experience. * A proven track record in developing and launching data analytics platforms or dashboards is highly preferred. * Proven experience in engaging with users to identify their goals and uncover core needs. * Strong understanding of data visualization tools and principles. * Experience working with AI/ML-driven insights and predictive analytics is an advantage. * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (software developers, data scientists, UI/UX designers) to define system requirements.
