As a
Product Manager - SAAS Development at CTI, you will join a team that leverages the Company’s proprietary tax software to provide an accurate and efficient tax study with superior quality which maximizes business boosting benefits. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
As a
Product Manager - SAAS Development, you will manage software projects and resources to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of products. You will lead a team, ensuring high standards of quality, collaboration, and efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle. You also work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps, set clear technical goals, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, deployment and debugging of applications.
- Manage the software development team and set goals to ensure timely project delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure adherence to development standards, software development methodologies and best practices.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, technical specifications, and deliverables.
- Oversee development budgets, tools, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align technical strategies and roadmap priorities.
- Implement agile methodologies, continuously refining processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.

Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Product management experience a plus.
- Strong background in software engineering (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.) and modern development practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.
- Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
