Overview:

Lead customer-centric product vision, drive collaboration, prioritize requirements, monitor performance, and craft growth strategies in partnership with Business Development and Commercial units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and effective communication of a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and long-term strategy.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and user insights to ensure that product development is aligned with user expectations and market requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with technology, sales, marketing, and operations to optimize business operations and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Lead the prioritization of product requirements, breaking them down into features, and planning release sprints in collaboration with Business Analysts (BAs) and Delivery teams.
• Implement robust monitoring systems, analyze product performance, and collaborate with the UX team to continually enhance the user experience and interfaces.
• Develop and implement effective approaches and methodologies, playing a decisive role in shaping the successful progression of the product.
• Establish validation processes for new features, confirming their value and relevance to the overall product vision and goals.
• Craft comprehensive business cases for product growth expansion, aligning strategies closely with Business Development (BD) and Strategy units.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Commercial unit to explore and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring effective market outreach and the implementation of customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master's degree in IT, IS, MIS, computer science, business administration or any equivalent degree.
• Relevant working experience within the range of 3-7 years.
• The leveling of the role will depend on the candidate's years of experience.
