Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager Refrigeration (m/f/d) with a focus on the HORECA sector to support our team in managing and optimizing refrigeration solutions across the EMEA region at the earliest possible date. Reporting to the Group Director Refrigeration, your role will be crucial in ensuring that our solutions meet customer needs, contributing to the company’s ongoing success and achieving growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the refrigeration product portfolio
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to improve strategies and enhance the effectiveness of offered solutions
• Monitor key KPIs to optimize product profitability and ensure strategies are aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure effective product management and strengthen relationships
• Work closely with sales, key account management, procurement, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure proper implementation of product strategies
• Lead a small team of Junior Product Managers, supporting them in their professional growth and development of key skills

Qualifications

You are the right candidate if you have:

• Technical experience in commercial refrigeration or related industries (GDO, HVAC, food retail, plant engineering)
• Passion for the industry and a strong desire to contribute to the company’s success and growth.
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level), German is a plus
• Experience in project management and cross-functional activities
• Strong analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent negotiation, listening, and communication skills
• Availability for short international travel

While experience in refrigeration is preferred, we offer comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.
