Project

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in both product management and software engineering to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment and enjoys working across multiple teams to deliver impactful software solutions. You will play a key role in driving project feasibility analyses, defining priorities, managing communication with stakeholders, and supporting product development within a technology-driven ecosystem. A solid understanding of machine learning frameworks, data analysis, and experience working with top management are essential for success in this role. Experience managing AI-based or SaaS products is a strong plus.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of professional experience with a combined background of product management and software engineering
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams
• Proven ability to be a Product advocate; can describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes and tailor the information to the audience
• Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations
• In-depth understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblocks
• Previous experience and successful track-record of learning new tools and technologies
• Experience with machine learning frameworks & statistical analysis with Python, R or similar
• Experience in working with top management

Responsibilities You Will Have In This Position

• Drive feasibility analyses for projects, including resource planning and budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Report regularly to stakeholders, including preparing clear reporting dashboards and progress updates
• Act as a product advocate, effectively communicating product vision, value, and roadmap to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Evaluate and prioritize competing needs to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations
• Support teams by removing roadblocks and offering guidance based on in-depth understanding of technology systems
• Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery of milestones on time and within scope
