Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product line. Your responsibilities will include

• Developing and implementing product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure product development aligns with consumer needs and market trends.
• Leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and revenue projections.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective product marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Managing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Driving the brand management process by developing brand strategies and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all product lines.
• Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Ensuring that all product-related decisions are based on sound financial and strategic analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. The qualifications for this role include

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in the powersports, outdoor, or racing industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA would be a plus.
• Proven experience in managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of consumer goods, autonomous systems, and outdoor products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Passion for powersports, racing, and outdoor activities.
