Position Overview:

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our advisor platform by leading how we integrate with the broader WealthTech ecosystem. This role is central to our goal of delivering a frictionless, connected experience for advisors and clients across custodians, planning tools, CRMs, financial data services, and more.

You'll own the integration strategy and roadmap, driving cross-functional execution to shape how data flows across the advisor-client journey. Your work will unlock key functionality, boost platform stickiness, and enhance the user experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong product instincts, experience building APIs or integrations, and a passion for modernizing connected advisor workflows.

You will work closely with the Purpose team to ensure our product portfolio aligns with Purpose Unlimited's product philosophy of building tools that enrich the advisor-investor relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Own and evolve the integrations roadmap to align with business goals and customers' needs
• Define how integrations drive a connected product ecosystem and long-term platform value
• Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and impact

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Build a deep understanding of advisor workflows, pain points, and tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and align on priorities
• Serve as the go-to partner for engineering, ensuring clarity on requirements and goals

Execution and Prioritization:

• Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions.
• Prioritize features and tasks based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.

Product Delivery:

• Own the end-to-end process for integration and experience, from planning through release, including documentation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support release readiness, user communication, and training.
• Monitor and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Market and Industry Expertise:

• Stay informed about trends, challenges, and innovations in the wealth management and financial technology sectors.
• Analyze competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager- Experience in fintech, wealth management, or B2B platforms is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of APIs, data models, and how to deliver secure, scalable, and well-documented integration workflows.
• Experience in delivering seamlessly integrated solutions, collaborating closely with integration partners.

• Deep customer empathy and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative product solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and internal technical teams to deliver seamless third-party experiences.
• A systems thinker who enjoys creating clarity out of complexity and building scalable infrastructure that others can plug into.
