Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, SI partners, and eGain professional services to develop requirements for integration with and extension of the SaaS platform
• Specify, document, and own Open API, event, and widget interfaces and SDK

Education and Experience

• B.S. in Computer Science (or related field) from top-tier U.S. university, with 5 years of relevant work experience
• M.S. in Computer Science (or related field) from top-tier U.S. university, with 3 years of relevant work experience

• Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less)
• Functional section – this is a take-home programming test

Compensation

• Base salary range is $130,000 to $160,000 per year.
